Nice place. Not too packed in like a lot of other KOAs. Site was in great shape and staff was friendly and helpful

The grounds were nice and the people friendly. The mule was friendly. The only concern was that the game area closed very early. While washing clothes, I wanted to walk in to use the area to relax some and as I was entering it, they came and locked it up. I think it was around 6 pm.

Very nice park. Spacious pull-thru's. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient to interstate, but also pretty quiet. Definitely would use again.

Thank you. We needed a convenient location to I-81 to stay as we headed south. You really fit the bill.

People and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the access is a little tough to get to, and our site was pretty uneven. However the staff did provide blocks to help us out, which was needed badly. Also it was hard to see where exactly to exit from. Luckily our neighbors guided us out.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground is well kept and peaceful. Our only concern was the path to the pull through sites. The right turn has a steep drop off and the king pin box on our 5th wheel made contact with our trucks tailgate. Fortunately, it didn't dent it. Also, we came within an inch of dragging our bike rack on the way out

We are so very thankful for the camp host who had our cabin set up with extra blankets and the heat on in preparation of our (very) late arrival with two children. Bathrooms and facilities were clean. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and playground before continuing our trek north. *Linens provided for the rustic cabin stay even included bathroom bags with bath towels and washcloths.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Cute cabin with provided linens and towels. Nice country atmosphere away from the freeway. clean bathrooms kept warm during the cold months. I’ll stay here again!

Owners/managers were very accommodating. We we there for 2 weeks while in the process of buying a new home. It was over all a very pleasant stay, despite 5 of us in the one lodge. I would come again and or reccoment this camp to family and friends.

I had the absolute best stay at the Bristol Kingsport KOA in their lodge. The lodge had everything we needed plus more Kristina the office manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay while visiting family in the area. Most definitely will be coming back soon. Also, the delivery service of anything in the store was an added bonus. Can’t wait to come back.

Staff was extremely welcoming. Facilities were clean and the staff was always around if anything was needed. The only downside was having to share picnic area with neighbor. We were lucky and had great neighbors. We typically travel with dogs and they had dogs. This could have been difficult to navigate while sharing the same outdoor area. I wish that would have been noted in description of site.

We stayed here for the second time on our trip. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The campground didn’t have a working drink machine. They also did not have a volleyball net or a bouncy pillow as advertised.

Site 2 was very level as requested, nice private restroom/ shower rooms, the area is very hilly and small, but there were good areas for dogs. The internet was not strong.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for my lost glasses. The bathrooms were clean and do warm. The donkeys were a cool addition to the campground too.

We stayed at the near empty Bristol Kingsport KOA off season with no races or events going on in the area. Even with our KOA membership the cost to stay overnight in an unlevel pullthru mud hole was almost $90. Crazy expensive! Unbeknownst to us a broken water main had apparently flooded much of the campground. Work campers were excellent but the facility was lacking and not mobility accessible.

Nice friendly staff. No foods to speak of in the store but it is winter, off season. Food from the cafe was good and fair priced. I’d stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly, the campground was very clean and well taken care of, very quiet, and easy access to I-81 too. We enjoyed getting to chat with Frank on his rounds - he makes a wonderful camp host - and would definitely stay here again.

I always say - you can’t go wrong with a KOA! We came in off the highway at 8:30pm after hours and as always with KOA Kampgrounds - the available sites are posted and late arrivals are welcome. AND pets are always welcome - we have 5 dogs. AND there is always a nice fenced in doggie play area. AND this particular KOA is open all year ‘round and the staff is super friendly! Thanks again, K

Just needed a place to plug in for one night. Price was ridiculous even with KOA member discount and rewards redemption. Site was unlevel, and the path to it was a little precarious. Probably won’t make this a stop again.

Great campground, convenient to the highway if you are traveling through. Very gracious and helpful staff, even helped me plug in and get set up, which was greatly appreciated after a long day on the road! Be aware, the back roads to the campground are a bit narrow and steep, at least for this gal living in Texas!

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
